Our signs are made of high quality LED neon flex tubes which makes them different from traditional glass neon.

LED neon flex is:

- Powered by LED lights

- Wrapped in flexible silicone tube.

LED neon flex products are more cost-effective, durable, energy efficient and safer than
glass neon products, while providing an incredible visual impact that is on par
with or even greater than that obtained with a traditional glass neon sign.

Mounted on your choice of:

- a rectangular or contoured trimmed acrylic board

- an acrylic stand

- enclosed in transparent acrylic boxes

Neon Factory signs are manufactured in our workshop in Bayamón, Puerto Rico.

The signs are made with LED neon flex. There is no glass on our neon signs. LED lighting will not overheat and will make signs much more energy efficient than traditional glass neon signs. This is great for the budget and even better for the planet.

The signs are handcrafted according to the approved design, using LED neon flex on an acrylic backrest. All signs include this acrylic board which can be cut around the shape of the sign so that it is contoured and almost invisible or it can be cut into the desired shape.

We have a total of 10 colors to choose from. The colors come with a cover on the tube so that even when the sign is off it still shows its color.

The available colors are:

- Red

- Pink

- Purple

- Blue

- Ice Blue

- Green

- Yellow

- Orange

We offer a total of 36 fonts including cursive fonts, block fonts, and double-line fonts. Not only do we have availabe fonts for your choosing, we can work with almost any font you like.

Since the signs weigh 6 to 11 pounds on average and include pre-drilled holes in the acrylic board, it is suprisingly easy to install in any wall.

We offer a sign mounting kit and a sign hanging kit that provides you an easy and elegant way to install your brand new LED neon sign.

We have available two options in which your LED Neon sign can be used standing on a table, floor, etc;

- ACRYLIC STAND

All of our signs are mounted on an acrylic board which you can choose the way it is cut. If not, our team will select the best board option for the design you have chosen.

-For italic/cursive fonts we will use a cropped/contoured acrylic backrest.

- For non-italic/basic fonts, we will use a rectangular acrylic backrest.

All of our signs are handmade and because of this sometimes small marks can be seen on the acrylic because of the glue used to hold the LED neon flex to the acrylic backrest. In the event that this markings are seen, they are always minor and not visible when the sign is on.

Our LED neon signs are made for indoor use only. They can be used outside for any event, party, etc., as long as they don't get wet.

All of our LED neon signs are handmade so there is a production time on every order.

- Standard orders take between 3 to 5 weeks

- RUSH orders take between 2 to 3 weeks. ($50+)

If we are unable to deliver your order within the given time frame, we will be happy to refund the cost of the RUSH order.

Neon Factory offers returns and refunds only for defective products. We will make every effort to resolve the issue and may fix, replace, refund or partially refund the product. Final resolution is decided on a case-by-case basis based on the source of the failure, and is tha sole discretion of Neon Factory PR.
