Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms" or "Terms and Conditions") carefully before purchasing from Neon Factory PR or interacting with customer support or other services (hereinafter referred to as "the Service" or "Service") operated by Neon Factory PR (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us" or "our").

Product Availability:

Neon Factory PR products are made to order. Our goal is to deliver your product within 4-6 weeks for standard orders and within 2-3 weeks for urgent orders. We will make every effort to ensure that your purchased Product is manufactured within the set timeframe, but we do not offer any warranties as problems may arise that are beyond our control.

Shopping:

If you wish to purchase any Product or make use of any Services available through us, you may be required to provide certain relevant information including, but not limited to, your name, email address, telephone number and payment information.

Neon Factory PR reserves the right to change our prices at any time.

Neon Factory PR reserves the right to refuse or cancel certain orders in our sole discretion. You will be informed of such rejection or cancellation within a reasonable time, and you will be provided with a reason for the rejection or cancellation.

Returns and refunds:

Neon Factory PR offers returns and refunds only for defective products. Neon Factory PR will make every effort to resolve the issue and may fix, replace, refund, or partially refund the product. Final resolution for defective products, including refunds for the cost of the product and/or shipping, is decided on a case-by-case basis based on the source of the failure, and is at the sole discretion of Neon Factory PR.

Please contact us at info@ledspr.com to let us know which products you wish to return and why, attaching a short video of your sign and photos. Please note that we require both a video and a photo(s) for diagnostic and quality purposes. If you are unable to provide a video and photo of the problem, our ability to rectify your problem will be limited. Once we have received all the required information, we will contact you to try to resolve the issue.

If a return has been agreed, please note that you must return the defective product in its original condition with all its original packaging.

If a replacement has been agreed, Neon Factory PR will endeavor to produce and ship the replacement product to you as soon as possible.

If a full or partial refund has been agreed, Neon Factory PR will let you know when you can expect to receive the refund.

Guarantee:

Interior products come with a 45 days warranty that covers electrical components when used appropriately. The resolution of defective signs will depend on the source of the fault and will be determined between Neon Factory PR and the buyer.

Warranty coverage for installed and wired signs:

Neon Factory PR is not responsible for any costs incurred when installing and/or uninstalling your sign. If, in the unlikely event that your sign experiences an alleged failure, we will request photos and videos for diagnostic purposes and may request that you return the sign to us for replacement or repair. If you have chosen to have your sign installed and/or wiring, The Neon Factory PR is not responsible for any costs incurred due to uninstalling and/or reinstalling your sign. If your sign has been wired by an electrician, it is at our sole discretion to decide whether the failure that occurs is covered by our 45-days warranty.

Miscellaneous:

No agency, partnership, joint venture or employment is created as a result of the Terms and Conditions, and you have no authority of any kind to bind us in any respect.

The Terms and Conditions contain the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of Neon Factory PR, and supersede any prior agreements between you and us on such subject matter. The parties acknowledge that no statement made but not expressly contained in these Terms and Conditions is relied upon.

Any failure on our part to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. The failure of either party to exercise in any respect any right provided herein shall not be deemed a waiver of any other right hereunder.

If any provision of the Terms and Conditions is determined to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary for the Terms and Conditions to remain in full force and effect and enforceable.

The Terms and Conditions are not assignable, transferable or sublicensable by you, except with our prior written consent, but we may assign or transfer them without restriction. Any assignment attempted in violation of the Terms and Conditions will be void.

The section titles in the Terms and Conditions are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.
